Dr. Vincent Esparza is truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt more like a high-end medical concierge service than a traditional doctor’s office. It was welcoming, personalized, and not intimidating at all. We do not have a membership and came in specifically for a sports physical for my daughter, yet we were treated with the same level of care and attention you would expect as a long-term patient. We never felt rushed, and Dr. Esparza took the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure we felt heard and valued. It was refreshing to experience medical care that felt supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely patient-centered. Highly recommend Dr. Esparza and Persona Health for anyone looking for a more human, elevated approach to healthcare.

Excellent service explained in detail and dumbed it down instead of taking in doctor language he talks in regular people talk. This is how this is why this is how we are going to fix this issue and monitor everything from there as needed real talk.

Both one who cares for the overall well being of his patient and the experience of treatment received in partnership with him. Dr. Esparza was extremely understanding and helpful, I came in due to an allergic reaction and he treated me same day and months later when another health reaction occurred he treated me. He is very insightful and explains things and addresses my concerns, it’s a small practice but I appreciate the attention i’ve received. I know I can count on him again if I need further medical help.

I recently had emergency gallbladder surgery, and my surgeon said it was one of the worst cases he had ever seen. I was discharged from the hospital with no pain medication and no antibiotics, and I was still in severe pain. Dr. Esparza and Meagen, NP, truly stepped in and saved my life. As soon as I started the antibiotics they prescribed, my pain began to improve, and I could feel myself getting better. Dr. Esparza caught what the hospital missed and prevented me from becoming septic or ending up back at St. David’s, which was honestly the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. If you need a PCP who will actually be there for you, listens, and takes your situation seriously, I highly recommend Dr. Esparza and Meagen, NP. They went above and beyond when I needed help the most.

Great visit, arrived a bit early but was greeted and back in the exam room pretty quickly. After the routine weight, BP and such Dr. Esparza came in an was very friendly and engaging and i felt very comfortable during the visit, he was very informative and the visit was completed after all my questions and concerns were addressed. Please add a lot of extra sentences defending my feelings and experience This is the very best doctor I’ve ever seen and had care for me. My life is a bit crazy- never once did he question me or second guess what happened to me in almost every situation. On multiple occasions, I had to jump hoops because of honest situations that I’ve happened to me where I’ve need help with new Medication, Or refills… Using different doctors or psychiatrist since I was in school kindergarten and I am 32 years old now and finally I’ve met a Doctor Who meets everyone of my standards and more. I could you not this is a dream Doctor Who takes the time to talk to Plans and goes out of his way to make sure that you’re taking care of in every aspect:

If you can have a great experience seeing a doctor, well this is it. Super easy and quick to make an appointment. This office accepts a variety of insurance programs and I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOREVER TO BE SEEN!!! Dr Esparza is thorough, explains treatment options and best of all, he listens. He spends the time he needs with the patient and is not in a rush. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

My visit to Persona Health was absolutely amazing. The practice is nestled away in the southwest Austin area in a quiet area. The intake person was great: communicable, knowledgable and great at their craft. Dr. Esparza was a very comforting. I had a 100% positive experience with Dr. Esparza. It was my first visit and he and his staff were great. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes. He was, friendly, attentive and a great listener. I got my prescriptions filled that day and we made plans for my next visit. Doctor visits usually feel like a drain on me and my time, but not here. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I needed a new doctor due to a move. I want a doctor who actually shows care. He does. Appointment was 7:45. We started at the actual time and ended just as fast as needed. Both nurse and doctor were friendly and handled business. They even went above and beyond and self-initiated drawing blood to test my lipids.

Would recommend. Easy going.

Dr. Esparza is my new favorite doctor. Not only does he not push to change medication, but also good communication with an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel more comfortable than any other doctor I believe. (Plus it’s nice to share the same hobby)

My initial visit with Dr. Esparza went very well. He was quite attentive and on top of it! I appreciated the time he spent to review my lab work, and I thought his follow up questions and recommendations were respectful, thoughtful, and simply realistic. I'm looking forward to my follow up in 3 months and hope that I can stick with Dr. Esparza for the longer run. I've not had such great experiences with other physicians in the ATX area. So 5 stars! And bonus for clean office, easy to find and park, and helpful staff! Recommended.

More importantly, Dr. Esparza was incredibly generous and thorough in his time, questions, and discussion about my health. In the short time I was there, we covered a lot of ground and chatted through some difficult realities. Dr. Esparza was empathetic, but direct in his recommendations and advice, which I think are great qualities to have as a physician when building a relationship with a patient. Feeling good about finding Dr. Esparza when getting an appointment with a good doc in Austin that isn't MONTHS out can feel like a very difficult task.

Great Service

The best doctor I’ve ever been to. Compassionate and caring. Always upfront about the treatment plant and feels like my “ally” when discussing my treatment. Even my wife who is extremely anxious with doctors now has him as PCP. I personally found my doctor for life and trust him completely.
